Cannot edit IP quartus

If you get the error

Failed to launch MegaWizard Plug-In Manager. PLL Intel FPGA IP v18.1 could not be found in the specified library paths.

then add

<ALIAS>PLL Intel FPGA IP v18.1</ALIAS>
to
 pll_wizard.lst

(/opt/intelFPGA_lite/18.1/ip/altera/altera_pll/pll_wizard.lst)

or whatever you find indside the generated .v, such as
 megafunction wizard: %PLL Intel FPGA IP v18.1%
